Can anyone tell me which tower and floor is the best/newest with views of the strip? Do the rooms have refridgerators in them or do I have to request it from the front desk? I would like to call and make these requests before I get there which will be in a couple of weeks.

Stratosphere tower
The Premier Tower is the newest one, tho I have heard that they have renovated one of the other towers recently. There are not refridgerators in the rooms.
