We are taking my son and his girlfriend to vegas to celebrate his 21st birthday. We fly in on his b-day and was wondering if margaritaville was a good choice for a place to party. It sounds like it would be a blast. Has anyone ever been or have any opinions on this place? thanks

A definite must go to place. Great Margaritas and of course a cheeseburger in paradise. It is our last night in vegas dining spot. Great atmosphere and great food. I don%26#39;t know where you gonna go when the volcano blow........

I%26#39;ve only been during the day, and even then it%26#39;s a fun atmosphere. Great bartenders too. I also make sure to stop by this place every time I go. If you%26#39;re looking for another fun bar, try Carnival Court at Harrah%26#39;s (two hotels north of the Flamingo hotel where Margaritaville is located). It%26#39;s an outdoor bar with a live band, flair bartenders and a lively crowd.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and loved it. The food and drinks were great, and there were alot of people having fun. I would recommed you try and figure out when you might want to eat there so you can make a reservation. You can call the restaurant directly to set that up. Otherwise, It will probably be about a 1-2 hour wait depending on what day you are there.

How far in advance should a reservation be made or can we just call the day before or early on the day we want to eat at Margaritaville?

they had a great band playing 80%26#39;s and 90%26#39;s music. it wasnt real crowded and we we were there about 930pm

Gabbygambler- I made the reservation a week before we left for Vegas, but you can probably call the day before or even day of and it shouldn%26#39;t be a problem. If you are going to be visiting on a weekend, you might want to make it ahead of time.

Try to get in around 9pm. You will have time to eat before the band comes on at 10pm. Also if it is Senergy that is playing they are great. Food is about like all the rest of the themed places but atmosphere is great.
