Probably dinner, we both enjoy a good meal.

Read the review on Emiril%26#39;s here on TA, everyone is raving about it and due to their reviews, I think we are going to try it when we are in LV. If you want beef, Prime at Bellagio or Palm in Forum Shops is good as is Spago in Forum Shops. Friends are taking us to Pinot Brasserie one night at the Venetian, I have heard it is good but have no personal knowledge on it. You can find out more about these restaurants via the hotel websites.

Rosemary%26#39;s is rated #1 in Vegas, it is not on the Strip, don%26#39;t know if that matters to you or not. Another not on the Strip restaurant that is awesome that I have eaten at on more than one occasion is Pamplemousse, excellent! Both of these restaurants have websites, you can find them via Googling.

Enjoy your stay at Venetian, I%26#39;ve not stayed there. We are going to be staying at Bellagio.
