A friend of mine mentioned there was a bar called the Foundation Room at the top of the Mandalay Bay hotel that had a terrific view of the Strip. I have tried to locate information about this room on-line, but I haven%26#39;t had any luck. Does anyone have any information about it?

I know of the foundation room belonging to the house of blues in mandalay bay. check the HOB web site.

Yes, it%26#39;s on the House of Blues website. You have to be a member or be invited by a member to get into the Foundation Room, except on Monday nights.
The Foundation Room is a part of all House of Blue%26#39;s clubs. Its member%26#39;s only, you usually can%26#39;t get into that part of HOB without connections or invitation by a member.
